How do I pay with JomPAY?

JomPAY is absolutely FREE for customers who are making bill payments.

It’s simple. All you have to do is:

Step 1 – Login to your Internet or Mobile Banking Service;

Step 2 – Select JomPAY from the Pay Bills menu;

Step 3 – Enter Biller Code (22376 for YES), Ref-1 (Billing Account) and payment amount;

Step 4 – Verify the information and confirming the transaction.

Step 5 – A unique JomPAY Reference No. will be provided upon successful transaction

How do I subscribe to Auto Renewal?

You will be able to automatically renew your Prepaid Data Add-On at the end of the Data Add-On Validity Period by using your registered credit/debit card. By doing so, it frees you from the hassle of keeping track of the expiry date of your Prepaid Data Add-Ons Validity Period. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions.

You may subscribe to Auto Renewal by following these steps on the MyYes app:- .

i) Log in to MyYes app

ii) Go to "Profile" and save your credit card details;

iii) Go to “Buy Add On” on the home screen and choose an Add-On;

iv) Select the Credit/Debit Card option then subscribe for Auto Renewal

How do I reload via e-pay?

Locate any retail outlet which has the e-pay logo and terminal. Purchase a reload via the retail outlet and activate it

• Log on to https://selfcare.yes.my/xportal/
• Enter your YES ID
• Enter the 16-digit Activation Code and click submit

How do I Reload or purchase a Prepaid Data Add-On via MobilityOne?

• Locate any retail outlet which has the MobilityOne logo and terminal
• Purchase a Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On via the retail outlet
• Your reload will be credited immediately to your YES account

How do I reload via PayQuik kiosks?

PayQuik is a payment channel designed to give you more payment options, giving you even more convenience and flexibility.

A. Visit a PayQuik Kiosk.

B. Select "Telco" > Select "Yes" > Select "YES Prepaid Reloads".

C. A statement on the Personal Data Protection Act will appear. Read the statement carefully and press "Next".

D. Enter your mobile number and press "Next".

E. Choose how much you wish to reload: RM10, RM30, RM50 or RM100.

F. Enter the EXACT amount of money into the machine. Once the correct amount is inserted,

the "Pay" button will change from grey to yellow. Press the "Pay" button.

G. Take the printed receipt from the Kiosk. The PIN will be printed on the receipt. "Activate it"

(a) Via Online Portal

1. Log on to https://selfcare.yes.my/xportal/

2. Enter your YES ID / Phone Number / Account Number

3. Enter the 16-digit Activation Code and click submit

(b) Via SMS*

1. Type REL <16-digit Activation Code>

2. Send the SMS to 018 330 1111

• Your reload will be credited immediately to your YES account
